Warner Home Video in the US has announced that two unreleased Hammer movies will be issued on DVD at the end of July, as a double-bill disc that will only be available in Best Buy stores!

The films in question are When Dinosaurs Ruled The Earth and Moon Zero Two. It is not known whether or not the disc will feature the longer version of Val Guest's prehistoric epic.

Other titles in the series are World Without End / Satellite in the Sky, and Battle Beneath The Earth / The Ultimate Warrior.

Each disc has an SRP of $19.97.

Recent additions to the Incoming database include a second volume of Grindhouse Trailer Classics; Louis Malle's Atlantic City; a very tempting two-disc edition of Abel Ferrara's King of New York (originally scheduled for release in July, now due in September, contrary to what some etailers will tell you); two new films in Second Sight's Max Ophuls Collection (La Ronde and Caught); John Huston's Under The Volcano; seventies thriller Two-Minute Warning; the second series of (A Town Called) Eureka; complete box sets for 2 Point 4 Children and Maid Marian and Her Merry Men; and... err... Terry and June - Season 8 Volume 2.

We also have full details of the new Deluxe Edition of Cool Hand Luke, on Blu-ray and DVD; and two new Masters of Cinema releases from Eureka!: L'Enfance Nue and Police.


Those of you eagerly awaiting the arrival of Hans Zimmer and James Newton Howard's soundtrack to The Dark Knight might like to know that a website devoted to the score CD release has been launched, here.


20th Century Fox Home Entertainment is celebrating the release of British horror movie The Cottage on DVD with a signing at the Zavvi store on Oxford Street, from 6pm today!

The signing will be attended by The League of Gentlemen's Reece Sheersmith and the film's writer / director Paul Andrew Williams.
